Contract Options
Following is a selection of standard contract options we have to offer. If you have any further requirements to those stated please contact us as we would be happy, where possible to tailor a contract to your individual needs.
Bronze Contract
Offers two preventative maintenance services visits per year by a factory trained engineer in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and include labour and callout charges for these visits. We offer next working day response to further call out requests for service, and unlimited telephone support. This offers peace of mind, in a guarenteed response to your call. You will also enjoy a 5% discount on our standard labour rate. Labour, call out charges and spare parts are not covered.
Silver Contract
Offers two preventative mainenance services visits per year by a factory trained engineer in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and include labour and callout charges for these visits. In addition to this we will accept unlimited call out service requests with a next working day call out response and unlimited telephone support. Labour and call out charges are included. Spare parts are not covered.
Gold Contract
Offers two preventative mainenance services visits per year by a factory trained engineer in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and include labour and callout charges for these visits. In addition to this we will accept unlimited call out service requests with a next working day call out response and unlimited telephone support. Labour and call out charges are included. Spare parts are covered excluding consumable items.
If you’re not interested in contract cover you can always contact us for fixed price servicing costs.
We accept requests for service on any of the telephone numbers listed, usually between the hours on 9am to 5pm, but we will generally answer calls on our mobiles at other times. You will be speaking directly with an engineer who will be able to asses the fault from your description, and diagnose the problem. In most cases our experience will be able to ascertain the cause of the fault and advise if we need to visit. We will then be able to tell you what costs are involved, or in some cases help you to solve the problem over the phone with no cost at all!
Where required we can provide a minimum and maximum figure which can be confirmed in writing by email for the cost of your repair. Any replacement parts, either repaired or new, carry a no quibble on site replacement warranty for ninety days from the date of install, with our workmanship carrying the same guarantee.
