Error
Message: Possible Cause:
FLAP 1 CURRENT FLAP 2 CURRENT LIFT 1 CURRENT ROLLER CURRENT |
– The transport has detected a problem operating a flap, lift, or roller motor. – The flap or lift may be obstructed. – The flap, lift, or roller motor wire may be shorted. – Call Service if problem persists. |
|
FLAP 1 TIMEOUT FLAP 2 TIMEOUT LIFT 1 TIMEOUT |
– The transport flap or lift has not arrived at its destination on time. – The flap or lift may be obstructed. – The flap or lift wire may be loose. – Call Service if problem persists. |
|
SENSOR TIMEOUT | – The media did not reach the sensor on time. – Sensor 3 does not detect leading edge of media within 30 seconds when MOVING MEDIA. – Sensor 4 does not detect the trailing edge of media when BUFFER 2 LOADING. – Sensor 4 does not detect the trailing edge of media when LOADING CASSETTE. – The sensor leads may be loose. – The sensor may be out of alignment. – The sensor may be bad. |
|
KEYPAD ABORT | – You have initiated abort by pressing the STOP key while the roller was moving media. | |
EEPROM CRC | – The Transport has failed to remember setup values stored in EEPROM. – The Transport may have lost power while you were storing values. – Press PREV left arrow on the Transport Controller Board to clear this error. Default values will be stored to EEPROM. |
|
VOLTAGE HIGH VOLTAGE LOW |
– Power-On Self-Test error. – Power input(s) to transport PCB is/are missing or out of tolerance. – The connector may be loose or missing. |
|
SENSOR STATE | – Power-On Self-Test error. – The transport program cannot resolve the current state of transport. – The sensor leads may be loose. – The sensor may be out of alignment. – The sensor may be bad. |
